Before co-founding Trajan in 2018, Thomas was a Director of Andera, where he worked for 4 years as part of the Mid-Cap team. He began his career in London at STAR Capital Partners, where he worked for 7 years.

Before co-founding Trajan in 2018, Tanguy was a Director at Andera, where he worked for 6 years as part of the Mid-Cap team. He had previously worked for 2 years at the investment bank Messier Maris & Associés and for one year in the project financing teams of Société Générale in New York.

Before co-founding Trajan Benelux in 2023, Arnaud was a Senior Director at Blackfin Capital for 7 years where he developed the Benelux. Prior to that he was active at Cobepa and GE Capital.

A Belgian national, Arnaud has a master in Business engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven.

Before contributing to Trajan’s development, Pierre-Michel founded and chaired the investment management company Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners (now Andera). He has invested in more than 50 companies at various stages of development. He previously worked for Banque Indosuez, the United States Embassy, and the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.

Before joining Trajan in 2019, Alexis was an Associate in the mergers and acquisitions advisory team at Lazard Frères in Paris, where he worked for 4 years. He began his career in the audit and transaction services teams at KPMG in 2013.

Before joining Trajan in 2021, Clémence worked for 8 years in the investment team at GIMV in Paris. She began her career in the mergers and acquisitions teams at Messier Maris & Associés and in the investment team at Qualium Fund.

Before joining Trajan in 2022, Julien worked in the investment teams of Wendel and Quadia funds. He began his career in the transaction services teams at EY.

Before joining Trajan in 2023, Claire worked in the investment teams of Caravelle, PAI Partners, and CAPZA.

Before joining Trajan in 2021, Nadine worked for 17 years at Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners (now Andera), responsible for Middle Office management. Nadine also worked at Saint-Gobain and Artemis.

Before joining Trajan in 2023, Pascal worked for 3 years at Accuracy, where he led missions in Transaction Services, implementation of management tools, and financial diagnostics.
