Initiative et Finance announces the signing of the sixth transaction of its midcap fund “Tomorrow”, through the acquisition of a majority stake in Airess, a specialist in the installation and maintenance of automatic water-based fire suppression systems (sprinklers). Initiative et Finance succeeds the Transmission et Croissance I fund (Trajan), managed by Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity (France) and advised by Trajan Investment Advisor.
