After joining Bobcat Europe (global leading manufacturer of compact public works equipment), where he was responsible for developing the EMEA dealer network, Arthur was appointed Head of European Development at TCR International, the world’s leading airport equipment rental company, before being promoted to Managing Director of TCR France. At the beginning of 2019, Arthur led the acquisition of his main competitor, Aerolima, and took over as CEO of the new combined entity.

In 2022, drawing on his managerial experience, Arthur decided to devote himself entirely to his entrepreneurial project of taking over an SME with Trajan.

Arthur is a graduate of ICAM and has a MBA from Bocconi in Milan.

Founded in 2000 and based in Bezons (Val-d’Oise, France), AIRESS specialises in the installation and maintenance of sprinkler-based fire protection systems installed in public buildings (shopping centres, supermarkets, large hotels), logistics warehouses, industrial sites, data centres and car parks.

The position of AIRESS as a specialist in sprinkler systems, its reactivity and its quality of service has enabled the group to establish itself as one of the leading players in France.

Driven by regulatory and insurance requirements, AIRESS now benefits from a solid base of recurring business. The company has experienced average annual organic growth of almost 10% over the last 10 years.

After a remarkable development story, the founding families of AIRESS wanted to ensure a transmission that would preserve the independence and agility of the company while offering a new entrepreneurial dynamic to the teams that have driven its success.
As a result, they chose the project led by Trajan and Arthur Klein, an entrepreneur supported by Trajan, who will be relying on AIRESS’ longstanding teams.
The sellers are reinvesting alongside Trajan and the company’s key executives, who are becoming shareholders as part of the deal.
