Loïc Estoquié began his career as a sales representative in acoustic and thermal insulation before setting up his own company in the technical painting and building renovation sector. He joined Fire System in January 2024 as Deputy Managing Director.
Founded in 2000, Fire System is a Swiss company specialized in passive fire protection. It focuses primarily on the installation and maintenance of firestopping solutions in buildings, in compliance with Switzerland’s particularly stringent fire safety regulations in this area.
Fire System has six locations in French-speaking Switzerland, where it is the undisputed market leader. The company has built its success on several pillars: recognised technical expertise, effective operational management, loyal teams and a group of experienced, supportive and ambitious entrepreneurial managers.
The three founders chose Trajan to support a gradual internal management transition, allowing two of the three founders to step back, while a new management duo is put in place with the third founder and a new co-CEO.
The sellers are reinvesting alongside Trajan, the new management team and key executives of the company, who took a stake in the company as part of the transaction.
