Laurène DEBESSE began her career at TotalEnergies, where she held various management and executive positions in renewable energy, finance, commerce and logistics for nearly 15 years.She notably managed a European business unit specialising in marine lubricants (approx €150m in turnover). In 2022, Laurène joined Deliveroo as Director of Operations for France, then Marketing Director. Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and solid managerial experience, Laurène joined Trajan early in 2024 to pursue her project.
Laurène is a graduate of École Polytechnique and MIT.
Founded in 1995 and based in the Île-de-France region, with a branch in the Rhône-Alpes area, the OCR Group specializes in the maintenance of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), critical devices that ensure reliable and uninterrupted backup power in the event of outages or power fluctuations.
Focused on the fragmented segment of low- and medium-power UPS systems, OCR has built its growth on multi-brand technical expertise, a recognized quality of service, and long-term relationships with its clients, primarily in the tertiary sector.
Thanks to a virtuous business model, OCR benefits from a solid, recurring, and profitable foundation, in a high-growth market driven by the electrification of the economy and the expansion of digital infrastructures.
As they wanted to retire, the two founders wished to preserve the Group’s independence and culture. In line with this vision, they selected the project led by Trajan and Laurène Debesse—a manager who had been working alongside the team for over a year—to take over the leadership of OCR.
The founders are reinvesting alongside Trajan and key company executives.
